across Borders
Director of Development
Since 2003, Education Across Borders (a 501C3) has partnered with marginalized communities in the Dominican
Republic to provide scholarship support, housing, basic health care, and transformational service-learning
experiences. We have built nearly 100 new homes, helped dozens of Dominicans graduate from high school, trade
school, and college, and taken over 500 U.S. students and adults to the DR for service immersion. This is an exciting
time for the organization. Current and future initiatives require a more robust donor base, enhanced stewardship
of current supporters, strong leadership for fundraising events, and exploration of grant opportunities and other
sources of funding. EAB is seeking a motivated Director of Development who has energy and passion to build a
successful portfolio, and who is excited to be a part of growing a visionary organization with a concrete history
of providing hope to the marginalized. For more information about EAB, visit www.educationacrossborders.org.
