Fees & Deadlines
Conductors:
● Master Class Fee of $1,190 due within 5 days of acceptance.
● 50% refund if canceled by 3/15.
● 10% refund if cancelled by 4/15.
● No refund after 4/15.
Auditors:
● Master Class Fee of $575 due within 5 days of acceptance.
● 50% refund if cancelled by 3/15.
● No refund after 3/15.
Non-refundable application Fee of $45 due with online application.

Application Procedure
Applications are now being accepted. Participants will be selected on a rolling basis until all positions have been filled, so we
advise you apply early for your best chance! You will be notified of our decision via email within a few weeks of submitting your
application. In order to complete our online application form, you must submit the following supporting materials along with
payment of the $45 non-refundable application fee by credit card:
1. ALL APPLICANTS​
: A current resume with at least two references — please upload in
doc, docx, pdf, rtf or txt format.
2. ALL APPLICANTS​
: An audio recording of the applicant singing (a cappella on a
neutral vowel) the following exercises, after getting a starting pitch — please upload
in aif, mp3 or wav format.
a. A 'd harmonic minor' scale, one octave ascending and descending on a neutral
vowel of your choice
b. Arpeggios, one octave ascending and descending, first legato and then
staccato. For altos and bass voices start on A and ascending chromatically in
keys to Eb; for sopranos and tenors, start on Db and ascending chromatically in
keys to G.
c. An augmented triad (in a comfortable register) ascending and descending, in
three successive ascending chromatic keys without reference to a pitch after
you begin the first triad.
3. CONDUCTOR APPLICANTS ONLY​
: A short video (5 minutes or less) of the applicant
conducting a rehearsal (strongly preferred) or a performance — please provide url of
YouTube, Vimeo or other site where you've posted this video.
