Northwest Missouri State University HONOR CHOIR NOMINATION FORM – FOUR-STATE MUSIC FESTIVAL Saturday, January 24, 2015 Deadline for receipt of entry forms – Friday, November 21, 2014 Thank you for recommending your finest young men and women for participation in the 2015 Northwest Missouri State University Four-State Honor Music Festival. One sheet is used to nominate each student, so please make photocopies as necessary, and list the priority order of your vocalists [for example: “1 of 8” ... with “1” being the most deserving to participate, etc.]. Please provide complete information for each nominee, including their musical honors, etc. Nominated students should have no conflicts on the day of the festival. Students cannot participate in both the honor choir and honor band.
