144 HIGH PERFORMANCE STEEL ANCHORS High performance anchor FH The heavy-duty sleeve anchor for applications with sophisticated design. High performance steel anchors OVERVIEW High performance anchor FH II-S, zinc plated steel Approved for: ▪ Cracked and non-cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60. High performance anchor FH II-SK, zinc plated steel Also suitable for: ▪ Concrete C12/15 ▪ Natural stone with dense structure. High performance anchor FH II-H, zinc plated steel High performance anchor FH II-B, zinc plated steel High performance anchor FH-S A4*), stainless steel of the corrosion resistance class III, e.g. A4 For fixing of: ▪ Steel constructions ▪ Railings ▪ Consoles ▪ Ladders ▪ Cable trays ▪ Machines ▪ Staircases ▪ Gates ▪ Facades ▪ Window elements M8 - M12 ) * not part of the approvals FH II - ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE DESCRIPTION ▪ Heavy-duty sleeve anchor for push-through installation. ▪ When the hexagon nut or bolt is tightened, the cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve and expands it against the hole wall. ▪ FH version made of stainless steel of the corrosion resistance class III, e.g. A4, for outdoor use and in damp conditions (not part of the approvals). The unit of cone and expansion clip leads to the highest tensile strength and smallest edge distances and axial spacings in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Advantages/benefits ▪ For stylish fixings. ▪ Highest tensile and shear loads for push-trough installation. ▪ Simple and easy setting: Anchor setting with a few, light hammer blows. ▪ Surface flush removal. ▪ Minimum axial and edge distances. ▪ Anchor versions for fixings with sophisticated design: FH-S (hexagon head screw), FH-H (cap nut) and FH-SK (countersunk screw). ▪ All anchors can be removed flush with the surface. Optimised screw and bolt length for reduced anchorage depth. INSTALLATION Type of installation ▪ Push-through installation STANDARDS You will find everything that has standards on page 34 under the keywird approvals. The black plastic ring provides highest performance and takes a torque slippage (so called “internal expansion“). Any turning of the anchor is prevented. Fixing with four different head designs - hexagon head screw - countersunk screw - cap nut - bolts The high tensile strength of the steel (strength class 8.8) and the optimum interaction of screw and sleeve (enlargement of the shear area) allows the highest shear loads. 145 High performance steel anchors TECHNICAL DATA High performance anchor FH II-S with hexagon head screw - zinc plated steel Type FH II 10/10 S FH II 10/25 S FH II 10/50 S FH II 12/10 S FH II 12/25 S FH II 12/50 S FH II 15/10 S FH II 15/25 S FH II 15/50 S FH II 18/10 S FH II 18/25 S FH II 18/50 S FH II 24/25 S FH II 24/50 S FH II 28/30 S FH II 28/60 S FH II 32/30 S FH II 32/60 S Art.-No. 503133 503134 503135 044884 044885 044886 044887 044888 044889 046847 044894 044896 044898 044900 044901 044902 044903 044904 approvals drill ■ETA ▼ ICC-ES do [mm] ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ 10 10 10 12 12 12 15 15 15 18 18 18 24 24 28 28 32 32 min. drill- effect. ancho- total length hole depth ring depth for through fixings td hef l [mm] [mm] [mm] 65 80 105 90 105 130 100 115 140 115 130 155 150 175 185 215 210 210 40 40 40 60 60 60 70 70 70 80 80 80 100 100 125 125 150 150 max. usable length thread t fix [mm] M SW 10 25 50 10 25 50 10 25 50 10 25 50 25 50 30 60 30 60 M6 M6 M6 M8 M8 M8 M 10 M 10 M 10 M 12 M 12 M 12 M 16 M 16 M 20 M 20 M 24 M 24 10 10 10 13 13 13 17 17 17 19 19 19 24 24 30 30 36 36 70 85 110 90 105 130 106 121 146 118 132 157 160 185 192 222 215 245 width across Washer (outer Qty. per box nut diameter x thickness) [mm] pcs. 12 x 2 12 x 2 12 x 2 22 x 2,5 22 x 2,5 22 x 2,5 25 x 3 25 x 3 25 x 3 30 x 3 30 x 3 30 x 3 40 x 5 40 x 5 44 x 4,5 44 x 4,5 50 x 5 50 x 5 50 50 50 50 50 25 25 25 25 20 20 20 10 10 4 4 4 4 High performance anchor FH II-SK with countersunk screw - zinc plated steel Type FH II 10/15 SK FH II 10/25 SK FH II 10/50 SK FH II 12/15 SK FH II 12/25 SK FH II 12/50 SK FH II 15/15 SK FH II 15/25 SK FH II 15/50 SK FH II 18/15 SK FH II 18/25 SK FH II 18/50 SK Art.-No. 503136 503137 503138 044917 044918 044919 044920 044921 044922 044923 044924 044925 approvals drill ■ ETA ▼ ICC-ES do [mm] ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ 10 10 10 12 12 12 15 15 15 18 18 18 min. drill-hole effect. anchoring depth for through depth fixings td hef total length max. usable length thread l Qty. per box SW [mm] [mm] t fix [mm] M [mm] 70 80 105 95 105 130 105 115 140 120 130 155 40 40 40 60 60 60 70 70 70 80 80 80 65 75 100 90 100 125 100 110 135 115 125 150 10 25 50 15 25 50 15 25 50 15 25 50 M6 M6 M6 M8 M8 M8 M 10 M 10 M 10 M 12 M 12 M 12 4 4 4 5 5 5 6 6 6 8 8 8 pcs. 50 50 50 25 25 25 25 25 25 20 20 20 High performance anchor FH II-H with cap nut - zinc plated steel Type FH II 10/10 H FH II 10/25 H FH II 10/50 H FH II 12/10 H FH II 12/25 H FH II 12/50 H FH II 15/10 H FH II 15/25 H FH II 15/50 H FH II 18/25 H FH II 18/50 H Art.-No. 503139 503140 503141 044905 044906 044907 044908 044909 044910 044915 044916 approvals drill ■ ETA ▼ ICC-ES do [mm] ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ ▼ 10 10 10 12 12 12 15 15 15 18 18 min. drill- effect. ancho- total length hole depth ring depth for through fixings td hef l [mm] [mm] [mm] 65 80 105 90 105 130 100 115 140 130 155 40 40 40 60 60 60 70 70 70 80 80 75 90 115 92 107 132 113 128 153 138 163 max. usable length thread t fix [mm] M SW 10 25 50 10 25 50 10 25 50 25 50 M6 M6 M6 M8 M8 M8 M 10 M 10 M 10 M 12 M 12 13 13 13 17 17 17 17 17 17 19 19 FIRE PREVENTION Red hot: You will find fire prevention information on page 31. width across Washer (outer Qty. per box nut diameter x thickness) [mm] pcs. 18 x 2 18 x 2 18 x 2 22 x 2,5 22 x 2,5 22 x 2,5 25 x 3 25 x 3 25 x 3 30 x 3 30 x 3 50 50 50 50 50 25 25 25 25 20 20 FH 12/...
