TC ’14: Chalky Except in the Belmont
Dear PH Customer:
Kudos to our northern and Midwestern friends who are surviving what sounds like one of
the worst winters on record. Hopefully, you’ve been able to still play the key winter meets
and even cashed on a few of the GP Blue Chippers that have hit thus far. While there is still
snow on the ground in most of the lower 48 states, the Derby is coming up quickly and
opening days at Keeneland and Woodbine are right around the corner.
KEENELAND SPRING BACK ON DIRT
They ran the fall meet on dirt and now we see the first spring meet on dirt since 2007.
Although the 2015 Keeneland Handicapper will be based on the synthetic meets, a HARE
on poly is usually a HARE on dirt. Ditto for those who win with FTS and, of course, the
turf stats are totally valid. Last year, I extended the sample from 3 to 5 meets. This year,
I’m making it 6 meets.The special discounted Handicapper + Trainer Detail remains at
$49.95 (includes shipping).

Thanks to customer feedback I reformatted our trio of pedigree books that support Sire
Ratings. And the early reviews have been 100% in the YEA column. Now, each TRAINER or
SIRE will have a separate “profile” page similar to those profiles in our Handicapper book
series. I still publish a summary table of a trainer or sire’s FTS record followed by the 40%
Club and rankings. But now each book will contain 100 top trainers or sires. Detail of
winners will be a BONUS available FREE on line. SEE the “reduced” examples in the flyer.
TC KITCHEN SINK JUST $174.95 ($10 OFF STILL CARRIES OVER TO ’15)
Both the TC Handicapper and Undercard Handicappers did their jobs in 2014.The former
tabbed all of the winners (three in the CRUSH ZONE and Tonalist in the GRAY).The latter
led me to several MOST LIKELY winners on each of the undercards.The problem? Except
for the Belmont, all of the TC jewels and their undercards were chalkfests! But our
BOMBER Commissioner ran 2nd in the Belmont to key a $348 exacta.
