PASCAGOULA SCHOOL DISTRICT
PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR
Pre-registration for the 2015-2016 school year for children who are NOT currently
enrolled in the Pascagoula School District will begin March 2, 2015. Parents or legal
guardians will need to provide a photo ID, student’s birth certificate and two proofs of
residence to the Instructional Administration Services Center located at 1006 Communy
Avenue in Pascagoula. Pre-Kindergarten registration will close May 29, 2015.

PRE-KINDERGARTEN: Children who will be four years old on or before September 1, 2015
Limited Space will be available
KINDERGARTEN:
Children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2015
FIRST GRADE:
Children who will be six years old on or before September 1, 2015
GRADES 2-4:
Children who are NOT currently enrolled in the PSD
District, but plan to attend the 2015-2016 school year

The parent or legal guardian must present at pre-registration two of the following
documents which must include name and address and be current:

Filed Homestead Exemption Application form
(2)
Mortgage Documents or Property Deed
(3)
Apartment or Home Lease
(4)
Utility Bills (electrical, water, gas, cable within 30 days)
(5)
Driver's License
(6)
Automobile Registration
Families living in an apartment or any Section 8 housing must provide a lease at
registration and parent’s name must be on lease. Living-With Forms must be notarized,
and Legal Resident (home owner or lessee) must provide a photo ID and accompany
parent of the child during registration. Legal Guardians must provide guardianship
papers.
