Ourorganisationispartoftheinternationalfamilyofunionsrepresentingworkersin
theDP‐DHLGroupworldwide,workingtogetherundertheumbrellaofglobalunions
UNIandITF(*).Wehaverecentlybeeninformedaboutmanagement’sfull‐onattack
againstasignedcontractandunderstandthatyouconsiderthisanunprecedented
breachofthecollectiveagreementwhichisinplacetoprotectworkersinGermany
againstunlimitedoutsourcing.Inadditiontothat,thousandsofhigh‐qualityjobsare
threatenedtobeoutsourcedintoalow‐costsubsidiary“DHLDelivery”throughthis
appallingmanagementmanoeuvre.
·Withthismessage,wecalluponcorporatemanagementinBonntoabidebythe
contractithassigned!Abreachofacollectiveagreementmustnotbeallowed,andwe
expressouroutrageaboutthisbehaviour!
·Withthismessage,weexpressourfullsolidaritywithourbrothersandsistersin
Germanyinyourfightforworkersrights!Westandbyyoushouldertoshoulderandwill
supportyouinyourstruggle.
