Control forms and valuation system are making according to demands of
discipline’s program and instruction about valuation system of students’
educational activity at credit-module system of educational process’ organization
that was confirmed by Ministry of Public Health in Ukraine (2005).
Current control is making in every practical occupation according to specific
theme’s aim, at individual lecturer’s and student’s work for those themes that
student is studying in independent work and they don’t get into the structure of
practical occupation. Is recommended to introduce objective (standardirative)
control types of theoretical and practical students’ preparation.

Maximum marks’ quantity that is appropriated to students at adoption of every
module (tests’ credit)-200, including marks that are getting in current educational
activity-120 marks, by results of final module control-80 marks.
Valuation of current educational activity:
At adoption of every module’s theme of current educational student’s activity;
marks is put by traditional system that are converted in marks in dependence of
themes’ quantity in module. In program was introduced this convertation system of
traditional system rating in marks:

Maximum quantity that student can gather at module’s studying is calculated
in way of multiplication marks’ quantity that are responded to rating “5” on
quantity of themes in module with marks’ addition for individual independent work
and is done 120 marks.
Minimal marks’ quantity that can be gathered at module’s studying is
calculated in way of multiplication of marks’ quantity that is responded to rating
“3’ on themes’ quantity.
Valuation of individual independent work: marks’ quantity for individual
independent students’ work is calculated as difference between maximum marks’
quantity by current educational activity (120) and maximum marks’ quantity by
current success at module’s studying. Marks for individual independent students’
work are given at its successful defense.
Final Module Control:
Final module control is realizing at the end of module’s studying. Students who
have done all types of work that is foreseen of educational program and have
gathered marks’ quantity that is not lesser than minimal are allowed to final control.
Form of realization of final control has to be standardirative and has to include
theoretical and practical preparation control. Specific forms of control are
determined by department in work’s educational program.
Maximum marks’ quantity of final control is 80. Final module control will be
considered like entered if student gathers not lesser than 50 marks from 80.
Discipline’s valuation
Rating from medical psychology is making only for those students whom are
counted all modules from discipline.
Objective valuation of educational students’ activity has to check by statistic
methods (coefficient of correlation between current success and results of final
module control).

Convertation of marks’ quantity from discipline in rating by ECTS and 4th
marks (traditional) scales:
Marks’ quantity from discipline that is counted to students is converting in
ECTS scale in this way:

Students’ per cent is determined in selection for students of these course in
abutments to according speciality.

module from discipline after the end of its studying.
Mark FX (2) is made to students who have gathered minimal marks quantity for
current educational activity but haven’t passed final module control. They have
