Historically, GC Incentives had built incentive programs on a legacy platform that
was not able to keep up with the technology demands of the industry. It required
a number of IT resources to operate and it couldn’t support the customization
that their clientele was demanding. GC Incentives needed a platform that would
allow for individually branded sites with completely different goals and features
for each client. It also needed to be easily managed and operated by fewer IT
resources and those who did not understand the ins and outs of code.

With OrderCloud, GC Incentives is now able to set up client-specific buyer sites
for each of their major accounts. Each buyer site can be customized and branded
based on the experience the client wants to provide for their employees. GC
Incentives has the ability to manage each buyer site through one single easy-touse administrative portal, making the set-up and management process
quick and easy.

RESULTS
Order volume amongst mobile employees only continues to increase. Internet
Retailer says that 56% of B2B buyers place orders with their phone instead of a
desktop. With OrderCloud, GC Incentives was able to respond with OrderCloud’s
state-of-the-art technology at a time when their customers were trying to keep
up with the changing landscape but their current platform wasn’t meeting their
needs.
These new technological capabilities available through OrderCloud have allowed
GC Incentives to land new clients with more sophisticated buying needs that they
