This role will be responsible for supporting the entire sales division by coordinating back office operations, facilitating communication between provincial teams and conducting key administrative tasks. Requirements: • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification • 3+ years experience in a sales support function • Good attention to detail and an ability to implement systems and procedures • Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word • Knowledge of supporting sales teams during large-scale sales campaigns • Experience of liaising with government officials, key customers, and suppliers • Good understanding of the South African education landscape Key Responsibilities • Preparing all travel and logistical arrangements for the sales team • Processing all administrative documentation timeously and accurately • Attending all sales meetings and keep records • Assisting with price updates, catalogue checks and data management • Facilitating quick and effective communication between the sales team • Ensuring all sales teams have the tools and support required to call on customers effectively • To comply with the Macmillan customer centricity plan NB: In terms of meeting the company’s goals with respect to Employment Equity, people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
