in the Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. The “card” holder agrees that they
have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. A valid major Credit Card is required to be kept on
file for the purpose of charging NO-SHOW tee times. No-show tee times are considered non-cancelled tee times (within
24 hours and having valid cancellation number) and card holder will be charged $25 per player that no-showed. The
Golf Club will provide a $25 gift certificate per player in return for the no-show fee.

Terms and Conditions
1.
Twilight Play and Practice Program discounts apply to cardholder only.
2.
Proof of “Pass” ownership and valid ID is required at time of check in.
3.
Cards are not transferable and are non-refundable.
4.
Taxes (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the “Pass” holder.
5.
The Club reserves the right to modify these rules, terms, and conditions without prior notice.
6.
All Twilight Play and Practice Program card holders will use the facilities at their own risk and must comply with all club rules.
7.
Twilight Play and Practice Program membership entitles the cardholder only to those stipulated features described in
“Program Benefits”
8.
All 2015 Twilight Play and Practice Program memberships expire on December 31, 2015
9.
The Range may close October 31, 2015
10. Members may book tee times up to 10 days in advance.
11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Purgatory Golf Club (Club) shall have the right to change, amend or modify any of
the terms and/or conditions at any time in the sole and absolute discretion of Purgatory Golf Club.
