Summer Camps

Join us for hands on learning
and
lots of fun!
Join us for our Preschool
Summer Camp program at
Quakertown Christian School!
Each week of camp will focus on a
specific theme with engaging, age
appropriate, hands on learning
activities for your child.
Location: Camps will be held at the
QCS Main Campus located at 50 E.
Paletown Rd. Quakertown.
Time: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM. Parents will
need to provide a nut free lunch for your
camper. A morning snack is provided.
Age Requirements: Campers should be
between the ages of 3 through 6. Three
year olds should have been three by
September 1, 2014 or have currently
completed a Preschool 3 year old class.
Themes: Each week’s theme will
incorporate a variety of activities
including literature, math, science, music
& movement, all focusing on the miracles
of God’s creation.
Week #1: July 27-July 31
Dinosaur Days
What would it have been like to
live with dinosaurs? Campers will
dig up bones, “make” a dinosaur
and learn how they lived. We
will learn about these ancient
creatures and the amazing God
that made them.
Week #2: August 3-7
Space Adventures
Let’s blast off and take a look at
the wonders of the galaxy! A
variety of hands-on science
experiments will help us learn
about stars, planets, the sun,
moon and rockets!
Week #3: August 10-14
The Deep Blue Sea
Climb into a submarine for an
adventure that will explore the
creatures of the sea from the tiny
seahorse to the giant killer whale!
Campers will enjoy a variety of
activities with sand and water.
Note: Campers should be prepared to
participate in MESSY center activities,
so please bring a change of clothes, swim
wear, 2 towels, water sandals or shoes,
and sun screen.
A minimum of 8 campers is needed to run each
week of camp. Classes are full at 16 campers.
