RATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Room rates are per room, per night and include complimentary non exclusive coach transfer to the airport and resort.
Room rates are based on single, twin or double occupancy with the rates for the 2 bedroom apartment applicable for up to 4 guests.
Extra person rates apply.
Male and Female Dormitory rates are based on per bed.
All rooms include Free Wi-Fi. This does not include the Dormitory.
All rates quoted within are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST

BOOKING PROCEDURE & CONDITIONS
All accommodation is subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment of preferred room not being available.
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card at time of booking and full payment is required 31 days prior to arrival. Failure to provide
credit card details may result in your booking being returned unconfirmed.
Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, within 3 working days of receiving booking form.
All reservations and amendments to existing bookings must be made in writing quoting the specified booking number according to hotel
choice. These changes will not be accepted over the phone. Please email requests for changes to [email protected]
Arrival/departure details must be supplied no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
91 days or more prior to arrival no cancellation fees apply.
90 – 31 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of total room night’s value applies.
30 – 0 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee applies.
Bookings for arrivals and departures outside of the main conference dates will be subject to availability.
