Available in a variety of sizes, these discs can be used in
almost any milling machine. Full monolithic Zirconia is the
technician’s choice for crown and bridge restorations. The
material requires minimal tooth preparation, doesn’t wear on
opposing teeth, is virtually unbreakable and extremely lifelike.

The engineering of the non-precious discs allows for precisely-milled and cost-effective CAD/CAM solutions, as
only the purest, most durable materials are used in production. Because they are homogenous, the CoCr discs are
less affected by heat and will mill uniformly. In acc. ISO 13485.
CoCr Type 4 discs are ideal for full crowns, bridges, soldering, and bars.

Multi-layered PMMA is the newest addition to RG’s
product line. Each disc has five gradient layers of color
from cervical to incisal that are evenly distributed in
order to create a natural, highly aesthetic appearance.
Can be used for short or long-term crown and bridge
temporaries or denture teeth veneers.

remove sprues
3. Apply Diamond Polishing Paste with polishing
brush indicated for acrylics at 10,000-15,000 RPMs
