Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) has prepared its draft
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) overall goal in accordance with
49 CFR Part 26.45(g) for the triennial period between October 1, 2015 and
September 30, 2018. The DBE overall goal of 10.8 percent represents the
percentage of work anticipated to be performed by certified DBE firms on
RCTC FTA-assisted projects during the triennial period.
The methodology document used to determine the proposed goal will be
available for public inspection until July 6, 2015, which is at least thirty (30)
days from the date of the original posting on RCTC’s website.
The methodology document may be viewed from Monday through Thursday,
from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the following RCTC office:

RCTC will accept written comments until July 6, 2015. Written comments can
