Terms and Conditions of the ‘May Premium’ raffle organized by Virtual
Technologies Solutions Ltd ( from now on Virtech Solutions),
headquartered in Pozuelo de Alarcon (Madrid), Two Castillas Avenue
number 33, Vía dos Castillas nº 33, Building Atica, Ground Floor, at their
website www.relamadridkidsplanet.com
FIRST.- The purpose of this raffle is to show our appreciation in the virtual world
towards the premium users of www.realmadridkidsplanet.com. It is entirely free
and does not require any additional payment if you have previously subscribed
to our premium services.
SECOND.- This promotion will be carried out from the 23rd of April 2015 to the
31st of May 2015.
THIRD.- All individuals, residents or non-residents in Spain, will be able to
participate during the period of the promotion if they have subscribed to our
Premium offer for a period of six months or a year. Those who have subscribed
for one month or three months will not be eligible for this promotion.
FOURTH.- The present promotion will be communicated exclusively through the
www.realmadridkidspalnet.com website.
FIFTH.- The prizes will be:
- Two official Real Madrid shirts
- Two official Real Madrid footballs.
In total, there will be four winners who will each receive only one of the
mentioned prizes.
SIXTH.- Once the promotional period finalizes, on the 5 th of June 2015, the
raffle will be carried out using the Random.org “True Random Number
Generator” software, or similar software were the latter not to be available. The
results will be published in the Real Madrid Kids Planet website.
The order of the raffle process will be the following:
- Firstly, two numbers corresponding to the selling ID to users will be
generated. The two prize shirts will correspond to these numbers.
- Secondly, two numbers corresponding to the selling ID to users will
be generated. The prize footballs will correspond to these numbers.
- Finally, four numbers corresponding to the selling ID to users will be
generated and these will be the substitutes.
SEVENTH.-In the case that the winner isn’t located, or renounces the prize,
Virtech Solutions reserves the right to proceed with the delivery of the prize to
the first substitute to which it corresponds, and if needed, successively, until
reaching the last substitute. If it cannot be received the prize will be declared
unclaimed.
EIGTH.- The prize will only be given to the person with the corresponding user
registration information.
NINTH.- The notification of the prize will be sent by mail from the 5th of June
2015 onwards. The winner will accept the prize by sending confirmation to the
e-mail address indicated within 15 days upon receiving the prize notification.
Upon receiving said email from the winner and the address for the delivery of
the prize it will be sent by a national or international courier company. The
delivery of the prize will be completed in a maximum time frame of 30 days
beginning on the day of reception of the winner’s confirmation.
TENTH.- The prizes in this promotion can in no case be subject to exchange,
change, monetary compensation or compensation through different products or
services.
ELEVENTH.- Virtech Solutions is exempt of any responsibility relating to injury
derived from the use and enjoyment that the winner or any third party may
incur.
Virtech Solutions is not responsible for the loss, damage or destruction of the
prize once it had been delivered to the winner and does not assume any
responsibility, whatever the cause, for entries that are lost, damaged,
erroneously sent or received with delay. Likewise, it is not responsible for any
dissatisfaction with the prize for reasons attributable to the winner.
TWELFTH.- Participation in said promotion assumes the agreement to the
present terms and conditions. Agreement with Virtech Solution’s criteria to
resolve any issues deriving from the promotion is also assumed.
THIRTEENTH.- Acceptance of the prize by the winner entails complete
authorization to Virtech Solutions to use the winners name for publicity, be it in
the www.realmadridkidsplanet.net Blog or in any other social media that they
may deem convenient. By not accepting these terms the rights over prize are
lost.
FOURTEENTH.- Acceptance of the prize does not condition or impose the
purchase of any type of products or services
FIFTEENTH.- The claim period of the following raffle-promotion lasts 3 days
counting from the following day of the promotion period’s end.
All winners will be responsible, in each case, for complying with tax obligations
and accounting duties that result from obtaining the prize with regard to their
personal taxation.
SEVENTEENTH.- Virtech Solutions reserves the rights to modify at any
moment the conditions of the present promotion and, granted there were
justifiable cause, even its possible cancellation before reaching the end of its
stipulated period. Virtech Solutions commits itself to communicate with sufficient
anticipation the new terms, conditions, or given the situation, the definitive
cancelation in the same form as these Terms.
EIGHTEENTH.- Complying with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of
December 13th, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, SPAINS
TELEFONICA S.A.U. informs you that the personal information you give to
participate in this promotion, along with that given in the case of winning, is
necessary for participating in the promotion and will be included in a file owned
by Virtech Solutions. They guarantee the application of the necessary
measures to ensure the confidential treatment of said data and they inform you
of the possibility to exercise, in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law
15/1999, the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to
Virtual Technologies Solutions Ltd. with the reference ‘MAY PREMIUM
RAFFLE’ to the address indicated in the title of these Terms or to
[email protected].
NINETEENTH.- For the resolution of any controversy or discrepancy that may
arise from the interpretation or application of the present terms, Virtech
Solutions and the participants of the promotions, expressly subject themselves
to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the capital,
Madrid, with express rejection of the jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
