PROVOST SENIORS’
FAIR 2015
It’s time to make plans to be at the ….
This year our Seniors Fair will be held on Thursday, June 4th at The Provost
Recreation & Culture Centre (5113 - 43rd St). Displays can be set up at 8:30
a.m. and should be manned from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Musical entertainment
will be provided. Lunch will be available for a fee of $7.00.
We will have to limit the number of tables available to one table, unless space
is available. We invite you to complete the enclosed registration form to reserve a table for your display as soon as possible.
Each table will be encouraged to have a door prize and you will make your
own draw at your table. The prize and name should be brought to the stage
when asked for and the MC will announce the winner for you. The winner
must be in attendance to win, unless someone is willing to take the prize to
them, so keep your names until you have a winner.
Please return your completed registration form no later than May 28th.
