Challenge Course
Through carefully designed and led activities, individuals and teams explore communication, group dynamics, confidence,
decision-making, team spirit, trust, cooperation, motivation, creativity, conflict resolution, diversity and feedback. We
accomplish this by creating a physically and emotionally safe environment in which individuals and teams are free to step
outside of their comfort zone and take a risk. Another key element to our program is fun! We believe the team that plays
together stays together, and people are much more willing to learn when fun is involved.
