Traction Jackson External Committee Chair [email protected] Thursday, April 2, 2015 PRESS RELEASE - For Immediate Release Foxy Rollers vs. Deathbridge Derby Dames Medicine Hat, AB - April showers mean spring is here (or at least nearby), so let's turn up the heat with more roller derby action! This time, the Foxy Rollers will meet up with the Deathbridge Derby Dames on the track at another fully licensed event at the Cypress Centre. Just a few short years ago, the Foxy Rollers travelled to Lethbridge, AB to play their first ever official derby bout against the Dames. Now we are welcoming them to our home track and are excited to show them what we've learned. Come out and support the Kidney Foundation! About the Redcliff Roller Derby Association The Redcliff Roller Derby Association formed in the Spring of 2012 when a group of like minded women and men from Medicine Hat, Redcliff and Brooks banded together with the determination and commitment to play roller derby for fun and exercise with a strong focus on TEAMWORK. As a non profit, skater owned and operated organization, we work hard to keep our league in the green. Due to monthly operating costs (practice space rent, advertising and recruiting costs, and event expenses) we are always looking for fundraising ideas to keep our Foxy Rollers Team on the track.
