Western Lane Ambulance District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of
Executive Director. Western Lane Ambulance District was formed in in 1976 under
O.R.S. 440 and covers approximately 1000 square miles along the scenic Central
Oregon Coast. The District is headquartered in Florence, Oregon (60 miles West of
Eugene, Oregon).
The Ambulance District serves a resident population of 20,000 people in addition to an
abundance of tourist taking advantage of the recreational opportunities found on the
Central Oregon Coast. In 2014 the District responded to over 3,000 calls for service.
