Save the Date! Oregon Innovation Cafe What: A gathering of Oregon healthcare transformation champions for peerto-peer learning and networking. This will be a forum in which CCOs and other innovative healthcare leaders in Oregon can present their projects and discuss their learnings. Topics will include complex care, behavioral health integration, telehealth and highlight successful Transformation Fund and other projects.
