Become a PICSTER and show
the world your style.
With PICSTER™ you can quickly create stunning photo albums and share instantly with family and friends, no matter where
they are around the globe. Build tailor-made albums in minutes for a special event or just for fun. Weddings, holidays, dinners,
births, celebrations - any event that you want to share. Creating an album is so easy and fun, you can even create an album
while you’re still at the event. You’ll be sharing your photos on social media while you’re out enjoying yourself! You can share
on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or simply send an email link. Your friends don’t even need the app to view your albums.
With many beautiful, professionally-designed backgrounds, borders and styles anyone can create a masterpiece. Our page
layouts are versatile and easy to use. Simply add your photos and PICSTER™ does the rest. There’s even an “auto” mode that
generates the whole album for you either to get you started or as the finished product. For that extra professional look and
feel, the PICSTER™ team will continue to add fresh and exciting new design packs that you can purchase from inside the app.

STEP 1
CREATE ALBUM
We start at the Album Page. When you first launch the App, you will notice the
‘Create Album’ button on the top left. Tap the yellow cross to start your first album.
STEP 2
TITLE PAGE
The first page of your newly created album is the ‘Title Page’. Tap the text ‘Add /
Edit Album Title‘ then type in your album name in. Once you’re happy with the title,
tap the ‘Next’ button in the keypad.
STEP 3
Preview/Settings
This is your main edit page where you will layout, format and add photos to your album. The best approach here is to think about the photos that would
look good together, pick a layout and style that suits them and bring it all together. Don’t be afraid to experiment! It’s easy to try different things and
you’ll be surprised how PICSTER’s wide variety of options will enhance your photos in different ways. You can also change the order of the pages in
your album at any point with the ‘Reorder’ button at the base.
The below is the default settings screen to get you started.

LAYOUT
Tap the top right tab to unroll the ‘Layout’ tab. There is an array of different layout
options and styles to choose from. For this album, I chose a square photo layout as
these photos came from Instagram which photos are square. However, I could have
picked any layout I like as I can layout differently between pages or try different
layouts for this particular page to see what looks best.
BACKGROUND
Tap the second right tab to unroll the ‘Background’ tab. There are four background
options that come with the free App. Tap through the background options by
tapping the thumbnail image in the tab untill you find the one that best suits your
photos and layout. You will notice a small ‘cog’ icon in the top left of the tab, tap this
to have the option to buy extra background packs. If you have already purchased
extra background packs, they will be listed here for you. Tap the name of the pack
you are after and they will appear in the film strip. To change the pack, tap the cog
again.
PHOTO CORNERS
Tap the third right tab to unroll the ‘Photo Corners’ tab. There are three corner
options that come with the free App: two basic corners and an option for no
corners. Tap through the corner options by tapping the thumbnail image in the tab
until you find the one that best suits your photos and layout. You will notice a small
‘cog’ icon in the top left of the tab, tap this to have the option to buy extra corner
packs. If you have already purchased extra corner packs, they will be listed here for
you. Tap the name of the pack you are after and they will appear in the film strip.
To change the pack, tap the cog again.
PHOTO EDGES
Tap the fourth right tab to unroll the ‘Photo Edges’ tab. There are three edge options
that come with the free App. Tap through the edge options by tapping the thumbnail
image in the tab until you find the one that best suits your photos and layout. You
will notice a small ‘cog’ icon in the top left of the tab, tap this to have the option to
buy extra edge packs. If you have already purchased extra edge packs, they will be
listed here for you. Tap the name of the pack you are after and they will appear in
the film strip. To change the pack, tap the cog again.
CAPTION COLOUR
Tap the bottom right tab to unroll the ‘Caption Colour’ tab. There are currently eight
different colour options to choose from. There are a few things to consider when
choosing your caption colour. Firstly, you want to make sure that the text is easy
to read against your background. Also, some backgrounds will be to hard to read
text against.
READY
You are now ready to import your photos and create your album. You can change
any of the setting options at any time while you are creating your album, or even
after you have saved your album. The ‘Preview/Setting’ screen will always be
accessible while your album is in ‘edit mode’.
GET SET
Tap the ‘Add Page’ tab at the base of the screen to commence importing your
photos. We have an added a “Bulk Add” function to make the album creation a
faster process. This gives you two short cut options: ‘Import All’ which imports all
of the photos in your folder or library, or ‘Import Selected’ which allows you to select
the specific images you want in your album. Once you have selected all the images,
hit the ‘Import Selected’ button or ‘Import All’ and then you are ready to...
GO!
PICSTER will now auto generate the entire album for you using random layouts
based on the photos in order of sequence and shape.
PHOTO SWAP
Drag and drop photos on any page to swap them over. Press down on the photo
and hold till it the photo fades and comes out of the frame, then keeping your
finger on the photo, drag it across the page over the photo you wish to swap with.
They automatically swap positions.
ADJUST LAYOUTS
Go through each page and adjust the layout to suit the shape and amount of photos
per page. I adjusted my first page to be two square images to better suit the shape
of the photos.
IMPORT PHOTOS
You can also manually import different photos on each page by tapping the photo
icon on the bottom left corner of the photo. You can then select a new image and
rearrange your photos if you want them in a different order.
PHOTO SCALING
Photos can be re sized by pinching the photo to reduce or enlarge, the photo can
also be repositioned within the border if it is bigger than the border. The photo will
always default to fill the border size.
ADD FILTERS
There are also three filters for your photos, black & white, Sepia or Auto Contrast.
These can add some mood to your pages.
ADD/DELETE PAGES
To add an extra page, tap the ‘Add Page’ tab at the base.
To delete a page, tap the ‘Remove’ tab at the base.
REORDER PAGES
If you have completed the layout of your album but want to reorder some pages,
just tap the ‘Settings’ button at the base which takes you back to the ‘Preview/
Settings’ screen. Tap the ‘Reorder’ tab at the base to open the page sequence menu.
Then simply hold down the three grey bars to the right of the page you want to
move and then drag it in the order. Once you are happy with the new order, tap the
‘Done’ button to apply it.
FINISH
Once you have checked through your album and have finished adding all your
photos and captions, tap the ‘Finish’ button bottom right to take you to the share
page.
SHARE
You can now share your album online through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You
can also use the email button to send jpegs of all the pages of your album. If you
prefer just to email a link to your album, you can just copy and paste the web share
link into an email. The ‘cloud’ button uploads your album to the web share, once the
album has uploaded, you can then post/share your album. There is also the option
to export the album as jpegs if you want to print the pages, or use them in a digital
photo frame, or even as screen savers. Anytime you make changes to your albums,
the App will automatically update the web share version.
HOW TO EDIT AN
existing ALBUM
Editing an album you’ve already saved is easy! You simply open PICSTER™ and on
the ‘Album’ screen, tap the ‘cog’ icon in the bottom left corner of the album you
want to edit and select the ‘Edit’ option.
HOW TO SHARE AN
existing ALBUM
If you need to share a saved album, you simply open PICSTER™ and on the ‘Album’
screen, tap the ‘cog’ icon in the bottom left corner of the album you want to share
and select the ‘Share’ option.
HOW TO DELETE AN
existing ALBUM
If you need to delete a saved album, you simply open PICSTER™ and on the ‘Album’
screen, tap the ‘cog’ icon in the bottom left corner of the album you want to delete
and select the ‘Delete’ option. This will delete it from the App, and from the web
share server. NOTE: once it is deleted, it is gone for good.
