Vice President, Real Estate Rishi is a Vice President of Real Estate at AssetAvenue, one of the national Crowdfunding platforms. Rishi's daily responsibilities include the deal sourcing, business development and the identification, underwriting and execution of commercial lending activity, as well as assisting in the overall strategic direction of the company. Prior to AssetAvenue, Rishi was a Vice President at Realty Mogul, Co. the premier venture backed crowdfunding platform. Rishi achieved a Bachelor of Science from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University. Rishi was an active member of the New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN) for real estate, and was also considered as a Board Member prior to moving to Southern California.

Charlie Berry, Senior Counsel at Clark Hill PLC in Scottsdale, represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, other business entities and individuals in a wide spectrum of transactions, focusing primarily on capital formation, business management and real estate. He has extensive experience in securities regulation, public offerings, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, private placements and compliance with the periodic reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. In addition, he recently testified before the State of Arizona House of Representatives regarding Arizona’s proposed Crowdfunding bill. Mr. Berry is past Chairman of both the Business Law and the Securities Regulation Sections of the State Bar of Arizona, and has served as a facilitator for the State Bar of Arizona Course on Professionalism. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Northwestern University.
