IT IS ORDERED, that Richard Rexford Reinheimer is to be released on the grounds that Richard
Rexford Reinheimer has declared exile and taken an oath and affirmation thereby claiming his
Nationality in the metes and bounds of The United States of America. His Nationality claim
renders Richard Rexford Reinheimer immune from conviction and incarceration by the
Manhattan Island Dutch Colony or any of its officers, and
The Dutch on Manhattan Island are not with juristiction over American Nationals within The
United States of America due to the fact that people that have claimed a Nationality are no
longer colonists. This matter is political and not judicial in nature. Richard Rexford Reinheimer
is a Human Rights Defender and has been exiled in violation of Article 9 and rendered a subject
of the Netherlands Monarch in violation of Article 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human
Rights. The Confederation Party and the Government of The United States of America have full
jurisdiction and venue on this matter with full political rights.

nationality.
