Silver Sneaker® Classic (formerly known as MS-ROMMuscular Strength & Range of Movement) Have fun and move to
the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity
for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used
for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneaker® Yoga (formerly known as YogaStretch®) Yoga
will move your whole body through a complete series of
seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to
safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress
reduction and mental clarity. *No floor work performed

AOA50+ Cardio Dance Continuous movement for 30-40
minutes with choreography developed specifically for active
older adults. Low impact dance patterns with modifications &
options to suit your intensity level. Bring water, a towel and
join the fun!
AOA50+ PiYo Multi-level combination class of Yoga poses
and Pilates sequences, modified to fit almost every fitness
level using blocks, straps, chairs & other equipment.
Participants will perform seated, standing and floor positions.
Participants are REQUIRED to bring an appropriate Yoga
“sticky” mat.
The AOA50+ classes are designed to address
the needs of more active older adults who
understand their bodies are changing yet are able to
workout at a level of intensity that is more
conducive to their needs. AOA50+ classes emphasize
low impact, moderate intensity, core stabilization &
proper alignment in order to provide a safe and
effective workout. Reily AOA50+ is not a Silver
Sneakers® class and/or part of their program.
