Group Exercise Descriptions
BODY SCULPT (s)
Full body resistance workout will tone, strengthen and increase lean muscle everywhere.
CARDIO/STRENGTH (c/s)
A mix of cardio and strength. During this action packed class participants will rotate
through a variety of strength and cardiovascular stations to challenge the body in every
way.

This indoor cycling class simulates the varied terrain of an outdoor ride-including
steady flats, hills, and sprints. What a ride! YOU NEED A HEART RATE MONITOR! Rent one, buy one, or bring one!
HARD CORE (s)
Strengthen your abdominal and lower back muscles in this class. Improve core
strength and stability while sculpting the abs you have always wanted.
PILATES (f/s/m/b)
Strengthen and lengthen your deep core muscles through this century old exercise designed by Joseph Pilates.
YOGA (f/m/b)
This class is based on Hatha and Vinyasa methods of yoga. Each session will combine breath-synchronized flowing movements, and static poses that focus on alignment. This class focuses on improving flexibility and building strength while developing a strong body-mind-spirit connection by emphasizing the flow of breath. All levels
welcome!
ROCK BOTTOM (s)
Lower body resistance exercises to help firm, tone and sculpt your legs and glutes!
HIP HOP (c)
The class that allows you to learn all the latest and greatest dance moves choreographed to the hottest hip hop sounds. Develop better coordination, rhythm, flexibility
and most importantly—self-expression! Hip hop dance is a great way to build confidence, self-esteem, and gives you that little bit of “swagger” in your walk!
PIYO (f/s/m/b)
Explore the basics of yoga including introductory sun salutations, postures, and breath
while also engaging in the fundamentals of Pilates. This class offers the best of both
worlds!
R.I.P.P.E.D. (c/s)
The one stop body shock where you will find yourself immediately locked into this
high intensity workout. It combines easy, yet effective cardiovascular routines interlaced with weights, and resistance work. It’s a combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving. R-Resistance, I-Intervals, P-Power, P-Plyometrics, EEndurance, and D-Diet.
