POLE DANCING Around the world, people are catching onto the sport, lured by the promise of a toned body, without the grind of a gym workout. Get a full body workout; combine the fun and skills of dance, gymnastics, acrobatics, Yoga and Pilates into the one sport! Pole dancing improves fitness levels, core strength, muscle tone and strengthens shoulders, arms and the stomach. Pole Dancing for Fitness has something for all skill and fitness levels. Starting and finishing each class with warm up and cool down stretches, the 8-week Pole Dancing for Fitness Course will improve your general flexibility and strength through core foundation pole moves including spins, holds, pole tricks and aerial moves. Participants will also learn pole combinations and dance routines. In this fun, energetic and private environment, you will be enjoying yourself so much; it won’t even feel like exercise. Maximum of 14 participants per class. Don’t miss out!! What you will need: Receipt, water, comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. Dance shoes not necessary.
