PARTICIPATION RULES
Contest
The contest is held by the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais in partnership with the libraries affiliated
with its Réseau. It takes place from 9 am on May 4, 2015 to 6 pm on June 20, 2015.
Eligibility
This contest is open to members of the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais affiliate libraries.
Employees or volunteers active at Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais affiliate libraries, members of their
immediate families, and people living in the same household may not participate.
How to participate
To be eligible for the draw, members must provide the correct answer and fill out the paper version
of the contest entry coupon at their library (maximum 1 paper contest entry coupon per visit) or the
electronic version available on line at www.reseaubibliooutaouais.qc.ca by clicking the Enter now
button (maximum 1 e-coupon per day).
To be valid, the completed contest entry coupon must include the correct answer as well as the
participant’s name, membership number, phone number and the name of his or her library.
Prizes
One (1) eReader per library affiliated with the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais (a total of 47
eReaders). Each prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions will be allowed.
Draws
The random draws will be held at the time and place designated by the individual libraries affiliated
with the Réseau BIBLIO de l’Outaouais between June 21 and 28, 2015.
Prize claims
After being declared the winner of a prize, the winning participant whose contest entry coupon was
drawn will have to meet the following conditions:
a) Have provided the correct answer;
b) Have completed the contest entry coupon, indicating his/her name, membership number
phone number and the name of his/her library; and
c) Be contacted personally by phone, by his/her municipal library, within thirty (30) days of the
time his/her contest entry coupon was drawn.
General conditions
By entering the contest, participants agree to comply with the official contest rules.
Any incomplete, false or fraudulent entry coupon as well as any entry coupon with the incorrect
response will automatically be rejected.
