HOW TO BOOK
A PRIVATE BOX
Whilst most of the boxes at Ascot are licensed on an
annual basis, we reserve a limited number of boxes for
individual raceday sublets.
There is a waiting list in operation for boxes on certain days during
Royal Ascot and they can be applied for, with no obligation via ascot.co.uk
Children aged 17 years and under are allowed into the racecourse free
of charge but they will count towards the overall occupancy in the box.
Children’s menus are available for all racedays.

BOOKING ON A PACKAGE BASIS
BOOKING ON A BOX HIRE ONLY BASIS
Boxes can be booked on a package basis, which includes food and drink, hire of the box, racecards,
racing papers and one car park label for every two guests.
Alternatively, a box can be booked at Ascot on a box hire basis, adding catering and beverages
after the box booking has been agreed.
There are three package types available in the private boxes; one for Royal Ascot and a choice of two for other Ascot racedays.

Ascot and fashion are two words that will be forever linked. As well as
being the highlight of the racing year, the Royal Meeting is one of the
most important events in the summer social calendar. Guests in Private
Boxes at the east end of the Grandstand are requested to comply with
the Royal Enclosure dress code during Royal Ascot. Guests in the
West end boxes should note that Royal Enclosure dress code
is compulsory.
