For immediate release THE GROWER’S TABLE MENU *cocotte –noun, plural-cottes/ [Eng: koh-kot Fra: kaw-kawt] - a round or oval casserole, usually of earthenware or fireproof porcelain, used especially for cooking an individual portion of meat, fowl, or game. Newly introduced at Cocotte, Th e Grower’s Table menu is a five-course communal menu highlighting produce from Hatiku Farm – a sustainable organic farm project in Cameron Highlands. Wholly entrusting the menu selection to the kitchen team, diners will be presented with a cohesive sharing menu. Working in close partnership with Hatiku Farm, Cocotte is in continuous dialogue with the farmers and such conversations lend us a deeper understanding of our ingredients (such as their origins, growing environment and harvesting period). Herbs and vegetables that often require days of transport are now delivered overnight and opens up a world of new flavours to be incorporated. Using produce which can be grown on the farm, Cocotte remains true to the French way of cooking - the gathering of fresh ingredients and what is in the peak of the season from markets and gardens for the day’s meal. With the introduction of The Grower’s Table menu, Cocotte is working towards bringing a farm to table experience to our dining space whilst simultaneously supporting sustainable local farming efforts. The Grower’s Table menu is available for d inner as a 5 course communal set at S$68++ per person. With the curation of the menu left to the kitchen team, diners are required to share their dietary restrictions with the servers at the point of ordering. @cocottesg #GrowersTable No2 DICKSON ROAD SINGAPORE 209494 TEL+65 6298 2211 WWW.RESTAURANTCOCOTTE.COM
