Moms & Tots Bootcamp is for
Mom’s AND their babies!
This bootcamp style workout class is for all fitness levels of Mom’s
with new-borns up to 18 months.
AND
Moms-to-be!
(Strollers are welcome)
Each class will incorporate warm-up, core/pelvic work, cardio, and strength exercises
that are designed to strengthen the specific muscle groups that are taxed during
pregnancy/childbirth and that mom’s use the most.
When:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am-10:45am
Fridays 9:00am-9:45am
Fee Per Month (per class):
$50 for members
$60 for non-members
*Must be registered before the start of class to attend*
