Moms & Tots Bootcamp is for Mom’s AND their babies! This bootcamp style workout class is for all fitness levels of Mom’s with new-borns up to 18 months. AND Moms-to-be! (Strollers are welcome) Each class will incorporate warm-up, core/pelvic work, cardio, and strength exercises that are designed to strengthen the specific muscle groups that are taxed during pregnancy/childbirth and that mom’s use the most.
