RHG Contractors offer total build and manage solutions encompassing construction, fitouts and
maintenance. We’ll build the building, fit it out for you and maintain its quality.
As a total turnkey provider with vast industry experience across every facet of development, from
consultation and scoping through design, materials, structural composition, interior fitouts and
maintenance, we are your ideal partner to project manage every vital detail of your next project.
Our work spans a multitude of industries and disciplines. We are proud to work with industry
leaders such as Qantas, Water Corporation, Woodside, BHP Billiton, the Department of Transport
and Stocklands among many notable enterprises.
Our projects are as varied as our clientele. Some examples include a 45 unit apartment block (The
Yard) in Fremantle, work on the Qantas T4 terminal at the Perth Airport, the recent appointment for
the construct and fit out of medical centres in Secret Harbour & Berrigan Drive and the installation
of a new cafeteria at a remote Woodside mining facility.

CONSTRUCTION
Fitouts
The company has established itself as one of Western Australia’s leading fitout specialists.
As well as pioneering new innovations in design, the company has steadily built a reputation for
being able to manage projects with tight time-frames and challenging budgets.
Fitouts have included full design and fitouts for completely new interiors, office upgrades,
cafeterias and airports among a wide range of varied commercial projects.
Maintenance
Once the key structural and fitout work is done, it’s nice to know that the company that
engineered the project and ‘knows it back to front’, is the same one that can attend to all ongoing
maintenance requirements.
FITOUTS
Many trusted business institutions utilise our maintenance services in the knowledge that the
same drive and dedication that we put into our design, construct and fitouts is poured into the
ongoing management and maintenance of these same buildings.

Project Description: Undertook major maintenance on the footings.
Installation of an aerodome and concrete slab and placement of containers on a live runway. Project was executed within a framework of reduced working hours and in a remote area 1500kms from Perth, well within the scheduled delivery date.

Stage 1 RHG Contractors have been successful in being awarded
the second stage Walls and Ceiling contract for the Qantas terminal redevelopment. This 1.2 Million work order, follows on from the recently completed stage 1 $700K project undertaken through Head Contractor ISIS.

Project Description: A full commercial fit out of a cafeteria at the Gas plant in
Karratha. The contract was awarded on December 1, 2013.
The work commenced December 19 and was completed within the week on December 23, in time for Christmas lunch. Full strip out and input of new equipment with detailed finishing within 5 days.
