Judging is done by the Wayne County Judging Association.
We abide by their rules.
Your position will be determined by the returned postcard.
Reply as soon as possible.
Any unit holding back the forward progress of the parade
may be disqualified. Politicians must ride, not walk.
Please be aware that for the viewer’s safety the association
does not allow the throwing of candy. You may hand it out.
The sounding of horns, and sirens in the line of March is
prohibited and may result in disqualification.
The carrying of alcohol onto the carnival grounds is
prohibited by our liquor license. Please, no dogs on carnival
grounds.
