Dear RISE investors,
I’m contacting you in regards to our Unitholder meeting on April 9th, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. (local time in Vancouver, British Columbia)
which will be held at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, 801 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
If you are planning to attend the meeting please RSVP by emailing me back. If you’re unable to attend the meeting you can submit
your vote through the proxy form that was mailed to you.
The proxy forms must be received by Computershare by 4:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on April 7th, 2015. Please mail them back in
the envelope provided or send me a scanned copy and I can forward it along. If you have any question about the form please feel free
