By DIMAKATSO MOTAU SINGER Selaelo Selota will be unearthing raw talent in the Northern Cape! He is part of the judging panel for the first Transnet Rising Starz, a community uplifting initiative searching for unsigned singing talent. “We are looking for pure and genuine talent. One of my strengths is that I’m not only a musician, but a mentor and good at artist development,” Selaelo said. He said together with his fellow judges – singer Bianca le Grange and vocal coach Gideon Linde – they will be looking to find shining stars. “I’m currently working on two music projects. One is my next album and the other is an album dedicated to mineworkers. I collaborated with them to sing songs they sing underground while searching for gold.
