Assembly Bill 354 requires all students entering the 7th grade have a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) booster after the age of 7. In March 2015, parents were sent a letter if the Tdap immunization booster for their child was not on file in the health office. Thank you to those parents who have submitted that required immunization. We now have documentation for approximately one-third of the incoming 7th grade students for 2015-16. Please bring, mail or email documentation of the Tdap immunization to the health office immediately. Students without that on file will not receive their schedule on the first day of school.
