Qualification
 Full Time B. Tech. / B. E. / M. Tech. / M. E. or a Master of Computer Applications with minimum
defined grades from a recognized college / university
Language
 English
Skill & Experience
 Minimum 8 years of experience in design, architect and building applications and technical solutions
on Java, J2EE / PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Webservices, SQL / MySQL, UI and Open Source
Technologies
 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architecture and frameworks for environments using Java, J2EE
/ PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CC3, JQuery technologies, SQL Server, SOA (SOAP/REST)
 Knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycles on Waterfall, Iterative and
Agile/Scrum methodologies
 Proficiency in architectural design utilities like Visio, Enterprise Architect and UML.
 Expertise in architecting and building secure based solutions
 Strong team leader with good verbal and written communication skills, contributing to capacity
building in the organization
 Responsible to lead, create and implement innovative high quality solutions specially around
eLearning and eGovernance
 Exposure to LMS (Learning Management Solution) is preferable with expertise on SCORM, eContent
integration
 Experience around digital content development is preferred
 Experience on web based solutions using Android& iOS OS is preferred
Responsibilities
Discuss with stake holders and create architecture blue print with focus on enterprise architect
across applications landscape
 Lead architecture aspects of software development and develop reference architectures (patterns,
frameworks, standards, implementation guides)
 Provide direction and architecture guidance to the teams working on solution with strong focus
on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security







Take independent decisions and provide right direction on selecting technologies, designing and
building technical solutions
Participate in the design and implementation of Application solutions, translating business,
information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to
achieve business objectives
Support project, teams and solutions
Provide architecture guidance to the teams working on solution with strong focus
on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling and security
Assist the application owners to follow-up, report and plan the capacity/performance of applications
Assist organization in leading any technical discussions, licensing discussions and decisions and
demand management
