Responsible for management of software development and I.T.
teams, software architecture and development. The software
development team creates software for the energy efficiency
industry, including HouseRater.com - a comprehensive tool for
managing Energy Ratings and Energy Audits - and PremisePro - a
lead management tool for Energy Ratings opportunities. The
team uses Agile methodologies to create fast, beautiful,
responsive software using modern web technologies like
Node.js, MongoDB, AngularJS and Bootstrap
Led software development for a variety of projects for clients
including Banner Engineering Corp. and Hutchinson Technology
Inc. Projects included redesigning and rebuilding C# .NET defect
visualization software and building an embedded, real time
production line imaging software prototype for cameras using
Node.JS and HTML5 Canvas.
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong, agile
engineering team capable of rapidly developing web sites and
applications. Also directed internal management systems and
implemented Agile methodologies across much of the company.
Projects included an Adobe Flex Family Tree Builder, a C#
.NET/HTML5 Webinar Platform and a Custom Greeting Card
web application.
As a web application specialist I worked with numerous clients,
architecting and building varied web applications using
technologies like Adobe Flex, C# .NET, JavaScript, JQuery,
mySQL, MS SQL and more.
