Services OfferedProgram Design for All situations Program design will focus on 8 areas of performance to produce the most efficient, strong, fast and explosive athletes An athlete development program must incorporate and combine various methods of training while adhering to the core principles of training. Making fast, strong, explosive and healthy athletes. No one method is better than the next if athletes are safe and desired results are obtained/reproduced. The Core Principles of training are: 1. Healthy athletes can play more games. 2. Explosive strength improves all other aspects of strength and speed 3. Core Strength links the upper body and lower body in all movements. 4. Muscular balance results in more complete athletes. The training system allows flexibility to change and adapt as new and improved methods originate. Keep in mind methods come and go, but principles of human anatomy and physiology remain. As a guide we will always seek to improve athletes in the following areas 1. Work Capacity - The ability of athlete to repeatedly apply maximum effort to a task through use of both the aerobic and anaerobic system 2. Strength - Ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force. 3. Mobility - Ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint. 4. Explosive Power - Ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply max force in minimum time. 5. Speed - Ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement. 6. Coordination - Ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement. 7. Agility - Ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another. 8. Balance - Ability to control the placement of the body’s center of gravity in relation to its support base. The program will focus on development of complete, healthy athletes. You will receive a program custom designed for your needs and we will take into account all limitations and restrictions that your situation may require to design the best training program for your athletic program. The program will take into account the time of year, number of athletes, facilities, and equipment available.
