The Children’s School is thrilled to announce Night at the Aquarium on Saturday,
May 9, 2015 at the Birch Aquarium.
This highly-anticipated event will generate much-needed supplemental
funding to benefit the students and programs of The Children’s School. Event
proceeds will enhance our educational programs, provide classroom supplies,
facilities maintenance, faculty professional development and need-based
tuition assistance grants .
TCS has been providing project-based, progressive education to the children of
San Diego since 1972. In addition to traditional learning subjects, students also
study music, art, environmental awareness and even maintain an organic garden and classroom kitchen.
Our student population represents every part of San Diego County, including
La Jolla, Bird Rock, Clairemont, Del Mar, Encinitas, Escondido and beyond.
Because we strive to keep tuition at a rate that is affordable to as many families
as possible, we must reach out to local businesses like yours that are supported
by our parents and teachers, to assist us in our fundraising efforts. Your
donation of an auction item or gift certificate will help us continue our mission of
providing the highest-quality education at the most affordable tuition
possible.
In recognition of your donation, you will be listed in the event program book,
school and alumni newsletter, as well as our website. Because The Children’s
School is a qualified 501(c)3 organization, tax ID number 95-2871972, your
