The Roosters Foundation “Golfing for Kids” Charity Golf Classic will be held on Thursday, October 8,
2015 at Oak Creek Golf Course located in Irvine, California. This event provides business leaders from all over
Orange County an opportunity to unite behind a wonderful cause and spend a relaxing afternoon on one of
Orange County’s finest courses.
Details
This event will be supporting the Roosters Annual Holiday Food Drive and small OC
children’s charities that benefit disadvantaged and at-risk children. Every December, the
Sunday before Christmas, the Roosters will pack over 3,000 boxes loaded with turkeys
and sundry food items plus toys for the children. Each box will feed a family of 10. The
boxes are delivered to needy families throughout Orange County.

Registration: 11:00 AM
Shotgun start: 12:30 PM
Format:
We have mixed up the format and fun this year!
“Roosters Scramble” format - only 2 people putt on
each hole. Golfers can count on a fantastic round of
golf, mixed in with delicious food and beverages on
an excellent course.
Lunch/Dinner
We will be having food on the course all day.
Restaurants will be out on a minimum of 4 holes –
two on the front and two on the back so all should
be well fed throughout the day. There will not be a
formal dinner. We will have a 19th Hole cocktail
hour for prizes & to hold the “Skee Ball Challenge”.

Competition Package
At registration you will be able to purchase a
competition package for $50.00 that will include all the
events on the course (long drive, closest to the pin, 2
Mulligan’s, raffle tickets and a ball for the “Skee Ball
Challenge”. After golf, at the start of the cocktail hour,
all participants who have purchased the package will
stand around the practice green for the Skee Ball
Challenge. One hole will be designated (in the middle of
the green) and all participants will roll their ball at the
same time towards the hole. The first ball in the hole or
the closest to the hole will win a minimum of $300.
Opportunity Squares
We will have a BIG RAFFLE board - 100 numbered
squares @ $50 each - 10 prizes of value over $200.
You do not need to play golf to buy squares.
