Youth exhibitors must wear an ASTM-‐approved helmet while mounted – no exceptions. Helmets may be checked. A parent or guardian must sign for all youth exhibitors. Any rider not in control of their mount may be asked to leave the arena. All decisions of judge and show committee are final. No refund If you are late to a class or are dismissed because of conduct. There is a $25 charge if the bank returns your check. An adult must accompany all youth exhibitors when in warmup ring or lunging. No colts or stallions may be shown by youth exhibitors. All horses must be sound. Neat Western attire and tack are appropriate; chaps/show tack are optional. A judge may penalize for non-‐conventional tack. No draw reins, tie-‐downs, martingales, or other training devices will be permitted in the show ring. 12. All exhibitors and their guardians must sign a WAIVER & RELEASE of liability. 13. Dogs must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. The following breeds are not permitted: Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Doberman, Akita, Chow. 14.
