29th Annual ROTARY CLASSIC Superhero Run Presented By: Instructions T-shirt Logo Design Contest 2015 Entry Form Design a T-shirt logo for this year’s run, capturing the theme of “Kids Helping Kids.” The winning logo will be featured on the front of this year’s Rotary Classic Superhero Run T-Shirt. Contest closes April 14, 2015. DEADLINE: All submissions must be delivered to KidsAbility, 250 Hespeler Road, Cambridge, ON, N1R 3H3 (inside of the YMCA) by April 14, 2015 in order to be eligible to win the contest. 2. OWNERSHIP: No submissions will be returned. By entering the contest, all entries become the property of the Rotary Classic and it’s associated parties. All contestants and their legal parent(s) and/or guardian(s) consent to the announcement of the prize winner’s name and submission. The Rotary Classic and it’s associates reserve all rights to the entries, and may use them unlimitedly in any future publicity in all forms and media without permission. The contestant shall receive no compensation. 3. The Rotary Classic and it’s associated parties are not responsible for, and will not accept any liability for any entries that are delayed, lost, stolen or misdirected for any reason. 4. ELIGIBILITY: a) Contest is open to any students who are seventeen (17) years of age or younger and currently attending school in Cambridge, ON. b) All entries must be original. Using bold colours is best. Entries that are offensive, tasteless or profane, will be not be eligible. c) Maximum two (2) entries per person. d) Contestants must use the provided entry form for their submissions. e) All information on the ballot must be completed. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be eligible. Please ensure your name, age, school, mailing address and phone number are filled in completely. f) The legal parent or guardian of each contestant must sign the entry form in order to qualify for the contest. 5. ODDS OF WINNING: All entries have equal chances of winning. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. 6. JUDGING: The Rotary Classic committee will select the winning design. The winning design will be selected based on it’s ability to capture the theme “Kids Helping Kids”. 7. PRIZE: The winning design will be printed on all of the 2015 Rotary Classic T-Shirts. The winning contestant will NOT receive any monetary compensation or prize. 8. The Rotary Classic committee reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest. In support of kidsability.ca
