CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
The conference proceedings will be in English and will be published on
a restricted access portal, access to which is included in the conference
fee. The portal address and password will be emailed out to all
conference delegates within 10 days after the conference. Access to
the portal can be ordered by persons not able to attend the conference;
in such cases, access to the portal will be notified after the conference
and after receipt of the relevant payment.
ACCESS BADGES
Conference badges are to be picked up at the registration desk at the
conference venue starting 1 hour before the start of the conference on
the first day of attendance & will only be issued to the delegates having
registered & paid the conference fee on or before 13 June 2015.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Coffee & soft drinks during breaks are included in the conference fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entrance to the conference venue will only be possible for confirmed
delegates whose payment has been received in full on or before 13
June 2015. Confirmed delegates are delegates to whom receipt of
their booking has been confirmed by the organizers by the sending of
the relevant invoice by fax or email. Delegate places are nominal and
may not be shared. Substitution of delegates is permitted, provided
the organizers have been informed in writing before 12.00 noon on
13 June 2015. A 10% administration fee will be charged for
cancellations received in writing before 23 May 2015.
No refund of delegate fees will be made for cancellations received on
or after 23 May 2015, and issued invoices will remain due, and fees
received will be retained. The organizers reserve the right to modify
the conference programme, speakers, timing & venue, without prior
notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes.
