RAYALASEEMA UNIVERSITY PG COMMON ENTRANCE TEST-2015 (RUPGCET-2015) Important Instructions to the Candidates 1. Candidates who wish to apply for RUPGCET-2015 are requested to fill the particulars carefully in ONLINE APPLICATION. The required information should be collected from the relevant documents. 2. A separate registration is required for each course. 3. The Candidate has to pay the fee only in any SBH/ANDHRA BANK Branch using Web Generated Challan before Bank closing hours. 4. Candidates are requested to refer “How to apply” link on the website for online application process. 5. Documental Information can be collected as mentioned below. Date of Birth : SSC or Intermediate Certificate. Category (SC, ST, BC. Etc.) : The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority. Special Category (NCC, PH, Sports, CAP etc.) : The Certificate issued by the competent authority. 6. Other Information required for filling Online Application a) Recent passport size digital color photograph and Signature of the candidate for uploading. b) Mobile Number of the candidate. c) E-Mail of the candidate. 7. The candidate has to post the “FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM” with a recent passport size photo(Identical to the photo that used for scanning) in the space provided in the printout of online application form and to be attested by a Gazetted officer and enclose Photostat copies of the required certificates along with the university copy of the bank challan(Original) to “The Convener, RUPGCET-2015, RAYALASEEMA UNIVERSITY, KURNOOL-518007.” 8. The candidate should affix sign his/her signature in the box provided at the bottom of the declaration in the printout of the online application form without fail. *NOTE: For items 6(a) please don’t paste Photograph and signature on another paper and scan. Instead scan the Photograph and Signature separately.
