OMAR PARKER SKILLS CLINIC
Coach Parker played for Mercer Island’s State Championship team (The only Washington State team
ever ranked as #1 in the nation by USA today) and was the head assistant coach for legendary Mercer
Island High School Coach Ed Pepple winning two more State Championship teams before moving to
the college ranks.
Previously serving as an assistant to programs in the PAC-12 (WSU), WAC (Boise State) and Big-12
(Missouri) Conferences currently, Omar is the Head Coach at Liberty High School. This past season
Liberty had unprecedented success. An Honorable Mention All-American college player and
assistant at his Alma mater, Omar also played professional basketball in Europe.
Skills Camp focus“This intense one day skills camp will focus on footwork, ball handling and scoring. Players will leave
with a better understanding of what makes the game’s greatest scorers great and the tools to work on
those exact mechanics on their own.”
