2015 SABSE SCHOLARSHIPS
The Seattle Alliance of Black School Educators (SABSE) is committed to the academic and cultural development
of African American youth. In keeping with its mission, SABSE will grant at least two scholarships to
graduating seniors who have been accepted to a two-year or four-year accredited institution of higher
learning. The Award will be in the amount of $1,000.* Scholarship recipients will be announced on June 9,
2015 at 5:30 p.m. during SABSE’s Annual Student Recognition and Staff Retirement Reception at Mount Zion
Baptist Church, 1634 Rev. Samuel B. Mckinney Street (19 th Avenue) Seattle, WA 98122.
*Note: Financial awards will be sent to recipients upon completion of their first quarter/semester of college.
