ASA 113 -‐ Trailerable Multihull Bayfield, Wisconsin on Lake Superior Monday and Tuesday, August 24 & 25 9AM-‐5PM Instructor: Captain Joan Gilmore, ASA Instructor Evaluator Learn to cruise safely in local and regional waters as both skipper and crew on a F-‐25C auxiliary trimaran. Learn docking a trimaran when folded and unfolded, spinning the boat in its own length, mast stepping, hull folding system operations and trailering safety and technique. Learn single bow bridle anchoring and Bahamian mooring off a beach. Sailing skills include reefing, heaving to, lying ahull, speed controls, running off and standing on. Crew overboard recovery and reefing under sail will be learned in this unique and adventurous course. Course Fee: $575. ASA 103-‐Basic Coastal Cruising is the prerequisite for this course.
