Status of Pre-employment medical examination of selected candidates
for the post of Jr. Manager (Safety)
(Written test for Jr. Manager (Safety) held on 01/03/2015 and interview of the shortlisted
candidates conducted on 06/04/2015.
Pre–employment Medical Examination conducted from 13.05.2015)
The results of Pre-employment Medical examination are given below. Candidates who have been declared
FIT are hereby informed to report for joining formalities on 15.05.2015 at the Confluence (Opposite
Burnpur post office) of IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur-713325 at 9:00 AM. The candidates must possess the
following documents during the conduct of joining formalities:

3 self-attested copies of recent passport size photographs.
Duly filled in Attestation Forms – 3 Copies
Photo-copy of PAN card
Acceptance of appointment offer
Character Certificate (Annexure –II)
Marriage Declaration (Annexure –III)
Statement of relatives of foreign nationality/domicile (Annexure –IV)
Declaration regarding relationship with any of the Directors of the Company (Annexure –V)
They are also requested to produce all original certificates/mark-sheets/ testimonials along with
the self-attested photocopies of the same.
Candidates who have been declared Medically Unfit, Temporary unfit need not report for joining
formalities. Separate communication would be dispatched for information of the individual.
Temporary unfit candidates after obtaining necessary treatment before a lapse of 6 months from the date of
medical examination may approach the Medical Board for re-examination through the Personnel
department with a certificate of fitness from the treating doctor that he/she has undergone regular
treatment and has been cured of the disease/defect.
