San Antonio Vacation Bible School 2015

How old do my children need to be to participate?
Elementary campers are children who will be entering grades 1-5 in
the fall. Preschool campers are children who are 3 (by June 1, 2015)
and potty-trained. Children entering Kindergarten in the fall are
registered as preschool campers.
How do I register my children?
If you have a child/children entering Kinder through 5th Grade in the
Fall, please visit our website www.sanantoniochurch.org and follow the
link to VBS Registration from the home page. Click on “Participant
Registration” to register your children. Complete the online registration,
one Minor Permission, Medication Notification & Release Form for
each child, and return the hard copy(ies) to the Religious Education office. Got to PAY NOW!
See fees below that apply for each child.
How much does VBS cost?
If you register before May 1, 2015:
$55 per child, $50 each additional child
$35 per child, $30 each additional child – if parent volunteers all
five days
If you register after May 1, 2015:
$65 per child, $60 each additional child
$35 per child, $30 each additional child – if parent volunteers all
five days
You may pay online (sanantoniochurch.org) or via check. Make checks payable to San
Antonio church, and note “VBS” in the memo line.
How do I register to volunteer?
TEEN VOLUNTEERS: If you are a teen (entering 6th grade in the fall
through age 17) wanting to volunteer, visit our website at
www.sanantoniochurch.org, and follow the link to VBS Registration.
Click on “Volunteer Registration” to register yourself. Please have
your parent complete the Minor Permission, Medication Notification &
Release form, and return a hard copy to the Religious Education
office. We ask $5 from all teen volunteers to cover the cost of your tshirt.
ADULT VOLUNTEERS: If you are an adult (18-years or older) wanting to volunteer, click on
“Volunteer Registration” to register yourself. You must be finger-printed and complete an online safety training. Please contact the Religious Education Office at (714) 974-2053 for Finger
Printing and Safe Environment Training (fees will apply). Submit a check for $5.00 for the cost
of the Volunteer t-shirt.
CHILD CARE FOR ADULT VOLUNTEERS: If you are an adult volunteer and are in need of
childcare during camp hours, please complete the Vacation Bible School Child Care
Agreement and the Minor Permission, Medication Notification & Release form for each child.
We ask for a $5 donation per child in the nursery.
When are the Registration Dates?
Online registration begins April 15, 2015. Registration will be open
through May 22, 2015, or until we are full.
